Cancellation/Refund Policy
Full refunds are given with a 48 hour (2 day) notice of cancellation prior to the departure date. Less than 48 hour notice (including weather-related) will receive a 25% refund OR you can reschedule at no extra charge. No-shows are non-refundable. Trip protection is available for purchase, allowing cancellation up to 8:30 a.m. on the departure day for a full refund less the trip protection. Trip protection can be purchased up to 48 hours before the rental period begins.
Cancellations must be done via text or email. Text to 239-289-8654 or email to dolphincovemarina@outlook.com. A refund is given if your reservation is canceled by Dolphin Cove Marina. We highly recommend trip protection.
